It all starts with you inquiring about a stage or location. From there we will need more information of what you need and what production type this is for to narrow down what stage would work best for you. -

Yes, there is a 100% fully refundable deposit required at the time of booking and payment. If there are nt damages, overtime, additional items requested, etc. that would be at an additional cost and would be covered by the refundable deposit them we
Do you have equipment in the house?
No, we do not have equipment in house. We do however have local vendors & tenant equipment houses that can help you find any and all of your equipment needs. Once you have booked the stage we will be more than happy to help you source your equipment, crew, crafty, etc.
Do you have a studio crew that we could use?
M3 Studios will be happy to help you assemble the right crew for the right job. Once you have booked a Stage we can help you with crewing, as we have various crew personnel that we tend to work with and know the studio very well.
How large is your studio?

What is the day rate for the studio?
The day rate varies as we have various stages to choose from. Please let us know the following to help narrow down what stage would work best for your production and from there we can send you the daily rates for those stages.
- Is there a target budget that you need to meet?
- What type of production is this for? (Music video, live stream, documentary, interview, photoshoot, etc.)
- How many people will you have on set (artist and crew)?
- Will you be using water, fire, explosives, etc?

- Please provide any further additional information about your production that you would like.
What is rate for equipment/crew/etc
The rate will not depend on us, it will depend on exactly what you need and the rates of our local vendors and local crew personnel. Once you have booked the stage we will be more than happy to help you outsource equipment, crew, etc.
What happens if damages occur?
Any damages made by you, your crew, talent, talent entourage, or any of your production staff will have to be paid by your production company. Any missing items that were taken from the stage or supported by your production crew will be considered a lost and damaged item and will have to be paid in full by your production company.
Can I pay the day of production?
NO. Payment needs to be received no later than 3 days before the production. If you need a stage and you are only 2 days or even a day away from production then we will need payment no later than 5 hours after booking. If payment is not received the stage will not be opened for your production until payment is received and processed.
What are the times at M3 Studios?
M3 Studios regular hours are Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM. Any hours apart from these will be considered after hours and you will need to pay additionally for a stage manager which is $25/hour.
Delays in start times
You have up to 24 hours before the original production rental times to change your start times. If your producer or main person of contact shows up late and therefore we can not open for your production crew because you are not on site this will not change your start time. Your start time will remain the same as well as your wrap time and anything after the original wrap time will be considered over time.
What is considered a half day and why?
A half day is considered 8 hours because a full day is considered 12 hours
What forms of payment can I use and is there a convenience fee?
We only accept wire transfers, cash, or check payments which do not require any additional fee. If you choose to pay with a credit card then a 5% convenience fee will be added to your final total (including the refundable deposit).
What is a verbal hold?
This is not a very strong hold. If another client wants the same stage, for the same date, and the same hours and they are willing to place a deposit on the stage you will lose that stage.
What is a strong hold?
A stronghold is when a client places a non- refundable deposit on the stage he wants to reserve for their date and time. No other client will be able to take this stage away from you. If there is another client interested we will discuss it with you first.
Are there any challenges with a hold?
A hold does not secure your stage. Regardless of what type of hold it is, if there is a client willing to pay and provide all necessary paperwork at the time of booking you will lose the stage you were holding.
Cancellation disasters
Cancelations are never good. However, we understand that situations arise and we will try and work with you to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel your stage rental you would need to do so at least 24 hours prior to rental start time in order to be issued a full non-expiring credit at any M3 Studios stage. If the cancelation occurs after 24 hours then you will be issued a half non-expiring credit at any M3 Studios Stage.
If I dont have insurance, what can I do?
Every single person in your production, including crew, talent, entourage, etc. will have to sign a liability waiver and provide their license to M3 studios. This document needs to be filled out and sent to M3 Studios before entering the premises.
Why do you need the license and signature of every person in my production?
If you do not have insurance we will need every person in your production to sign the M3 Studios liability waiver and provide a photocopy of their license. M3 Studios does this as a courtesy to productions that can not provide insurance, as no other studio will allow a production to enter without a certificate of insurance.
