Motion Graphics Internship

ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for an innovative Motion Graphic Designer intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on experience and be part of a rapidly growing entertainment marketing agency based out of one of the largest film studios in Miami.   Our office environment is fun and casual while remaining fast paced and professional.  You will work in a team environment alongside digital marketing strategists, designers, copywriters, project managers, and company executives.  You will gain the necessary experience needed to succeed in this field.

The ideal candidate must have a strong and broad knowledge about computing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Apple Inc Motion, etc) combined with good drawing and animation skills.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
-Assisting the Senior Multimedia designer in producing motion graphics and 3D content
-Where applicable, producing motion graphics and 3D content from concept to delivery
-Communicating with the project manager regarding the production and delivery of content
-Working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing time constraints while maintaining quality
-Encoding, converting and editing  videos and graphical sequences
-Understanding brands and producing work according to their taste and needs

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Enrolled in College, some College experience, or graduated with a degree in a related field
-Must be efficient with Avid or Final Cut Pro and Motion or After Effects
-Strong visual skills
-Must love the music industry
-Skilled in composition, color correction, motion tracking, and graphic design

ADDITIONAL INFO:
-Location: By the Miami International Airport in the largest Film, TV, and Photography Studio
-Compensation: Unpaid internship (3 month commitment) with a possibility for hire
-Hiring is based on performance and current business needs
-Must have reliable transportation and a working laptop
-Flexible work schedule to accommodate your school needs if any.  Ideally 3 to 5 days per week
